KingsWay School's Mission Statement is, "To be a Christian community of learning that nurtures young people towards their full potential as servance leaders in the Kingdom of God."

Our School Motto is, " Servant Leaders are people of Godly character who are willing to act on what they believe."

KingsWay School was established in 1986 serving the Christian communities of the Hibiscus Coast and the North Shore. It is a state integrated school with a Christian character.  We are a non-denominational, composite school with students from Year 1 to Year 13.  We have two modern campuses; the Senior Campus is located in Red Beach and the Junior Campus is located nearby in Silverdale. 

Teachers hold tagged positions and are required to uphold and model the Christian character of our school.

Support staff should be able to model and ideals and behaviours that exemplify the principles and vision of our school.
